The hotel rooms were very dirty and not as advertised, leading to a disappointing stay. The lack of shuttle service and long walk to Haram Sharif added to the inconvenience. The uncooperative and unprofessional service, along with high prices, made this an overall regrettable experience.

The service was amazing, making our stay more comfortable with assistance from the Duty Manager and flexible accommodations. The location is excellent for those looking for a close stay to the Haram, although it may not be ideal for elderly travelers attending Hajj/Umra due to the distance and terrain. The dining options were limited for individual guests but available for group pilgrims. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
